As soon as we receive it, we review the image to ensure it’s clear and engraving-ready. If anything seems off, we’ll reach out to you directly before we begin.

Our production time is typically 4–7 business days. During this time, your piece is thoughtfully personalized to preserve the unique emotion and detail of your original imprint. Once complete, it’s carefully packaged in our signature gift box and shipped with tracking. Delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

If you're creating a new one, place one finger, or one or both hands, feet, or paws, on a clean, light-colored surface. Using your phone, zoom in as much as possible while still capturing the entire print. Take a close-up photo with the flash turned on and ensure that every ridge and detail is clearly visible.

For Handwritten Inscriptions:
If you have a note from a card, letter, or drawing, simply upload a clear photo or scan. To create something new, use a dark pen on plain white paper and write naturally, just a few meaningful words. You can even include simple hand-drawn elements like hearts, stars, or smiley faces. Then, snap a close-up photo in good lighting, making sure each stroke is sharp, dark, and easy to read.
